CLICK4TEETIMES established in 2003, Click4TeeTimes.com is an online inventory distribution venue for tee times, memberships and private country club events. Offering golfers the ability to search and book local tee times, associated fees are generally last minute and heavily discounted. An array of selective features help golfers choose the best course for their abilities and interests.

The GOALS
Integrate real-time online booking with electronic tee sheets and distribute surplus tee time inventory while building a relevant golfer database. A true win-win.
The TACTICS
After defining a business model and creating a distribution system, MACRO communications built Click4TeeTimes.com - from scratch. By understanding golfer behavior we were able to develop a site relevant to the golfer, the golf course and the search engines. Employed loyalty strategies and deep discounts keep golfers coming back and propel them to refer friends. And, in the mean time, we got a hold of their email addresses.
The RESULTS
Starting with four golf courses and no members, one year later business encompassed 25 courses and over 10,000 members and by 2006, had culled 85 courses and over 60,000 members. Click4TeeTimes is the largest tee times provider in Southern California, booking close to $15,000,000 worth of tee times annually. With a user base of over 140,000 and over 130 local courses, we send out over 5,000,000 emails per month promoting the next day’s deals. Thousands of CPC ads drive sales and tireless review of analytics increase conversion rates. An incredible 10% of the traffic coming to the site transacts.
