As with many companies, RG had an online presence but it was outdated and not running efficiently. Most of their clientele is acquired via word-of-mouth referrals within specific industries. During Discovery we narrowed the targeted message to medium to large-size companies who would not have these services in-house. The MACRO Team created an online marketing strategy to drive interaction by including a FREE Guide. To receive the free tip card, the interested party will complete the online form.


During Design and Development phase, MACRO was able to incorporate the dichotomy of retro forms of communication with the new skills of today’s evolving environment. The navigation of services is visually intuitive with the accordion action that reveals an image.
